In being a buyer from out of state made the process of home buying a bit more difficult. Also not knowing the area and meeting several agents via phone calls was just the icing on the cake! Not! Only able to look on real estate websites, and not having an agent was difficult. Then we were referred to India and she instantly made our life easier and finding the right home for us. India went right to work in finding the property we could all live with. India was all that we could hope for in an agent. She was easy to work with and very professional. I would recommend her to anyone wishing to find their new home in the Jackson area.

India Mesa was a pleasure to work with. She was very attentive to every need I had and answered any questions in a timely fashion. She was thorough and kept me updated daily even if it was on a weekend. I highly recommend her as your realtor.

India Mesa is a true professional. We moved out of state the day our house went on the market, India negotiated with a buyer and we sold our house within hours. India kept us well informed throughout the selling process, and was quick to respond with all paperwork and document requirements for closing . Highly recommend her services.

We contacted India when we were just looking. She asked the right questions and showed us several places and we ended up finding what we wanted. We decided to list our current house and buy the one she found for us. The process could not have gone more smoothly. She was right there every step of the way with any issues we might have. We had a contract on our old house the day we listed and put a contract on the new one the same day. Closed in a month on both and it was great. She is always available, kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. She knows the market and knows how to get things done. We've even spoken with her a few times since we've closed on the house. So if you need a great agent, India is the one. And if you're lucky like we were, you'll probably get a great friend out of the deal too.

India was the BEST realtor. She wasnt pushy, she didnt want things her way. She was completely there for us. She was available to us anytime of day or night. Answered every question. Even if it was the same question for the 1000th time. She sold our house before we knew what was going on. India coming into our lives was a blessing. We got to know her so well we plan to continue the friendship we started with her. If you want a realtor to be in your corner and work for you call her. she is deffinately an advocate for her clients.

We are relocating from out of state, and needed that extra-special care from an agent that could assist us on our weekend searches/visits. India was most accommodating, and always available all hours of the day/night to offer advice, and is what I believe to be the ideal realtor. India's work ethic is exceptional.
